I am teacher of English at the college level. We have first generation learners. I try to teach communication skills to learners of mixed abilities. Open and Distance Education is one of my areas of interest. I have created a course on Business Communication a couple of years back. Enrolling and completing this course has taught me a lot of new concepts. In this course I have been on the other side of the table/ computer and as a learner faced a lot of uncertainties. Now my confidence has improved too. I hope I will be able to create courses which will help learners become more confident with their skills of communication.
