QUESTIONNAIRE AS RESEARCH INSTRUMENT

Students will review the questionnaire as research instrument, the basic principles of a good questionnaires and the basic steps on how to design a good questionnaire. Students will also be provided with the opportunity to weigh up the advantages and disdavantages of the questionnaire as a research instrument
